Biographical Notes Identity unclear. Author of the South of Ireland in 1850: the Journal of a Tour in Leinster and Munster (Dublin: James Duffy, 1850), illustrated by M. Angelo Hayes. Part of this work was separately reprinted as How to render pauperism self-supported by the Poor Law Reform Association, of which he was probably the secretary. In 1846 Stark is, described as 'of the World newspaper', and his residence is given as 7 North Richmond Street.
