Biographical Notes	Jurist and Author. Friend of Johannes Kepler. In 1610 he became Professor of Law at Tübingen. Converted to Catholicism in 1635. In 1637 he accepted chair of Roman Law at the University of Ingolstadt. He was a highly prolific author of scholarly works.
