William Darrell

Biographical Notes	English Catholic theologian and writer. Next to a range of religious works, he published 'A Gentleman instructed in the conduct of a virtuous and happy life' (first published 1711), a popular work on education reprinted regularly, with partial translations into French, Italian and Hungarian. The section on travels is not in any of the translated versions.
