Biographical Notes	Anonymous author of the dissertation no. 2. of the Lyon Academy prize contest. The reviewer, count Laurencin wrote: "A fortunately very short dissertation. Without this, it would have been difficult for me to finish its reading. The author is against traveling. Never was a worse opinion more poorly defended."
