Biographical Notes	Anonymous author of dissertation number 9 submitted to the prize contest of the Académie de Lyon. The reviewer, count Laurencin, wrote: "Is it really the task of the reviewer to read everything? If that is the case, it has to be admitted it is rather difficult at times."
