In addition it translates travel advice from one 'Alberto Scipioni, an old Roman Courtier': 'I Pensieri Stretti, & il viso sciolto: that is, [with] Your thoughts close, and your countenance loose, [you] will go safely over the whole World'. In the 1651 edition the letter occurs at pp. 432-435. In the 1654 edition this letter is titled 'Letter to Mr. Milton'. |
